และเงื่อนไขที่รัฐมนตรีโดยความเห็นชอบของคณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนดใน
ราชกิจจานุเบกษา
มาตรา 80 การขอขึ้นทะเบียนยามาตรา 79 ต้องแจ้งรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้

มาตรา 81 การแก้ไขทะเบียนรายการยาให้ได้รับอนุญาตจากลูกจ้าง
เจ้าหน้าที่
มาตรา 82 การขอขึ้นทะเบียนหรือแก้ไขทะเบียนรายการยาและการออกใบรับรองสำคัญ
การขึ้นทะเบียนหรือแก้ไขทะเบียนรายการยาให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการและเงื่อนไข
กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
มาตรา 83 ห้ามมิให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่รับขึ้นทะเบียนยา เมื่อคณะกรรมการเห็นเช่นนั้น
(1) เป็นยาตามมาตรา 72 (1) หรือ (6)
(2) การขอขึ้นทะเบียนยาไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรา 80 และมาตรา 82
(3) ยาที่ขอขึ้นทะเบียนตามใบสั่งแพทย์ ไม่สามารถเชื่อถือคุณสมบัติหรืออาจ
